Plot Summary:Tahereh is a passionate housewife who has spent her life educating and encouraging her children to succeed. She practices her religion, but is open-minded. She takes interest in the News, international politics, and pop culture. Years after the revolution in Iran, she saw her children's dream of freedom realized when they left their homeland. Despite the distance between France and Iran, Tahereh is omnipresent in the lives of her children. Her stories give us the sense that she has lived through several epochs and with pieces of her life illuminated through the lives of her children.
